No ear loops and no tie straps will be accepted INNER  LAYER MATERIAL To consist of synthetic or mixed fibres for quick drying properties, should not be water repellent nor accumulate excessive moisture MIDDLE LAYER MATERIAL Nonwoven filter, should not shed fibres or disintegrate and should not add or create unnecessary heat load OUTER LAYER MATERIAL To consist of hydrophobic or water repellent properties, should not restrict normal breathing and entail a firm finish that will prevent the mask from collapsing with breathing DESIGN Mask style should follow closely the contours of the face especially around the nose bridge and under the chin to reduce leakage out and into the mask.
