The reel must have a pressure attachment for a high-pressure hand pump. The sampler is connected to a length of LDPE tubing, which is wound onto a reel. Pressure/vent switch, used to apply and release the pressure on the sampler. Tubing length should be from 75 to 100 m and operation depth of upto 80 m below water level and sample volume of 0.600 to 1L. The diameter of less than 6 cm.
