The packaging shall not chemically or physically interact with the chemical content and shall be durable to protect the chemical adequately during normal handling ,transportation and storage BRAND HTH or equivalent GUIDELINE Wherever reference is made to any particular Trade Mark, Name, Patent, Design, Type, Specific Origin or Producer, such reference shall be deemed to be accompanied by the words "or equivalent". Allocation of Preference Points In order to qualify for preference points, it is the responsibility of the bidder to Submit a duly completed MBD 6.1 form (bidders must indicate how they claim points for each specific goal). Submit documentary proof of updated BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit and/or CIPC certificate with each RFQ submission to validate specific goals.
