Specification Protective Sling Cover Bag We invite quotations for the supply of protective sling cover bags in accordance with the following specifications Technical Requirements 1. Device Compartment Must include at least one padded compartment designed to fit and protect a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 5, 8-inch (or equivalent size) 2. Additional Storage Must include at least one additional compartment suitable for carrying loose items such as pens, paper, and other small accessories 3. Closure Mechanism The bag must be able to close securely using either a zipper and/or a Velcro mechanism 4. Strap Must include one adjustable shoulder strap for ease of carrying General Requirements • All materials must be durable and suitable for daily field use • The design should ensure ease of use and effective protection of the device •Warranty details (if applicable) should be included in the quotation. IMPORTANT QUOTATION CONDITIONS The quotation condition listed below are in addition to those contained in the CCT standard quotation conditions and must be fully complied with Clause 3 General Obligations 3.6.1.1 For this quotation, purchase orders / works packages will be determined and created as follows 3.6.1.1.1 Based on the total amount as reflected on the Price Schedule and to the supplier as awarded by the SCM delegated authority. GUIDELINE Wherever reference is made to any Trademark, Name, Patent, Design, Type, Specific Origin or Producer, such reference shall be deemed to be accompanied by the words "or equivalent". CLAUSE 2.14.1 <(>&<)> 2.15 Provide, on request by the CCT, any other material that has a bearing on the quotation offer, the supplier's commercial position (including joint venture agreements), preferencing arrangements, or samples of materials considered necessary by the CCT for the purpose of the evaluation of the quotation. If the Specifications require the supplier to provide samples/technical data sheets, these shall be provided strictly in accordance with the instructions set out in the Specification. If such samples /technical data sheets are not submitted as required in the bid documents or within any further time stipulated by the CCT in writing, then the bid concerned will be declared non-responsive. The Municipal Bidding Document 6.1 is attached, to be eligible for preference points bidders are required to submit a duly completed, current dated MBD 6.1 document with supporting documents with every RFQ submission, failure to submit will result in zero-point allocation. Please note that the MBD6.1 document is valid a year from date of signature. Failure to comply with the above will result in a zero (0) allocation for preference points.
