Unit Description Extra wording on existing branded travel cups X52 Option 1 Print Artwork directly on to the cup The City reserves the right to choose between option one or option two based on production time required. Final artwork will be sent to the supplier. Samples shall be supplied by a bidder at his/her own expense and risk. The City shall not be obliged to pay for such samples or compensate for the loss thereof, unless otherwise specified in the bid documents. The City reserves the right to keep samples supplied by the appointed bidder. Unsuccessful bidders can collect their samples within 90 days after the final notification of award has been send to suppliers, after which the City has the right not to return such samples and to dispose of them at its own discretion.
