Must include Top, Trousers(alternatively one piece) with boots and Head wear/mask <(>&<)> Helmet. Material to be used for Body Suite must be Spandex or Lycra or something similar, Reflective fabric for outer layer to mimic Mylar. The City shall not be obliged to pay for such samples or compensate for the loss thereof, unless otherwise specified in the bid documents. Unsuccessful bidders can collect their samples within 90 days after the final notification of award has been send to suppliers, after which the City has the right not to return such samples and to dispose of them at its own discretion.
