Please supply and deliver FAKA Block Press 0.5kW Specifications FAKA CARBON SMART Block Press is consisting of six parts as a Material Shute (5), Mould fill slide (4), FAKA Mould chamber (3), Base frame legs (1) and cylinder assembly and motor (2). Feeding the material into the feed bin, manually or mechanically the materials being pressed move along the filler slide (4), the biomass and recycled insulated concrete aggregate materials flow in the correct volume along the filler slide and are dropped into the compression mould (3) by the filler slide. The cylinder (2) and press action compress the block to the correct strength in 30 seconds and deliver the block by sliding it upward to the top of the mould after the mould lid has been removed.
