Workbench frame 60 X 60 X6 mm angle iron. Workbench cladding 4 mm m/steel plate. Workbench doors to be mounted by bullet hinges. Workbench load capacity 1500kg. Workbench finish 50 Micron Epoxy Powder Coated to be coated blue, except the top working surface. Workbench legs to be fitted with rubberised foot pads to protect the floor. Workbench to have a steel plate on the inside completely separating one drawer side from the other. Workbench vice to be 150mm made from ductile iron with high impact resistance, with safety stop, fused steel handle, unbreakable SG iron nut. Cabinet Configuration Workbench shall have four doors and all to be pad locked. Workbench locks 3 mm m/steel profile cut locking device on all doors and drawers. Workbench drawers 4 mm m/steel front with 2.5 m/steel inner. Heavy duty runners with bearings to be installed onto drawers. Each drawer must hold up to 30 kg without losing any of the smooth operation of the drawers. Lockable drawers on both sides of the workbench positioned as per drawing. Two year warranty on workbench.
