They must be delivered to the High Voltage Cables Depot at 35 Rosmead Avenue, Wynberg, Cape Town, 7800. The marker ball must comply with industry standard frequencies and be compatible with all electronic marker locating devices. It must be passive and require no batteries to operate. The housing case must be made of high-density polyethylene. The marker ball must be robust, waterproof and resistant to the action of chemicals and temperature hazards. - Application type power - Colour red - Frequency 169.8 kHz - Maximum diameter 120 mm - Maximum Weight 180 grams - Detection field dipole magnetic field - Minimum detection range 1.5 m - Minimum design service life 40 years A picture and datasheet of the marker balls offered must be attached.
