Tender Description:
The University of Pretoria, Facilities Management Department, is responsible for the maintenance of all buildings and structures at the University. It is against this background that the Department is tasked with the responsibility to appoint a reputable Contractor/s to assume the overall responsibility for the general building maintenance at the University, as specified below. The successful Contractor/s will be appointed in view of the ethos of the University to continuously measure and monitor the overall performance in the use of effective and efficient management practices and technological expertise.
