Non- carcinogenic, clear aqueous blend of surfactants and emulsifiers with no hazardous properties. It must be biodegradable (in accordance with OECD 301B testing) and completely soluble in water, with the PH 11.5 # 12.5 and density of ±1.035. There must be no exposure limits established for this product and has to be an excellent, all surface cleaner and degreaser, ideal for heavy duty applications. BE 369 or equivalent.
