This quote is for the supply of one portable steel hardness tester LEEB QH2 DLP or verifying steel hardess in situ. 2. INSTRUMENT CHARACTERISTICS 2.1. The instrument must be able to test the hardness of the following steels SAE 1010, 350WA, 3CR12, Domex, 316 SS, Bennox, VRN 200 - 500, AR400, Hardox 400 - 450 2.2. Measurements in standard hardness units like Brinell, Rockwell or Vickers 2.3. Onboard memory for at least 1000 readings. 2.4. USB port for data transfer. In this context, the supply of software to analyse downloaded data must be available the cost of which must be included in the price of the instrument. 2.5. The data must be able to be exported to other programs as and when required. 2.6. A calibration test block must be included. 2.7. Type D impact device for general use as well as a type DC impact device for use in reduced spaces. 2.8. The tester and accessories are to be housed in a high impact carrying case. 3. OPERATING MANUAL 3.1. The instrument is to be supplied with a comprehensive operating manual in the English language. 4. SPARES 4.1. The tenderer is to have access to essential spares for the instrument such as spare impact devices, usb cables, test blocks etc. 5.WARRANTY 5.1. The instrument must have a 5 year warranty on the electronic instrument. 6. DELIVERY 6.1.
