The product shall be designed to remove the stubbornness dirt, grease, grime and oil deposits. The product shall be from a recognized and established manufacturer and be suitable for use in a municipal wash bay application catering for the cleaning of automotive machinery components. Tenderers shall arrange for a sample of their product which shall be thoroughly tested on a wide range of machines and if found unsatisfactory by not meeting the criteria as laid down in paragraph 5 below, will not be considered. Products not adhering to the following will be considered non responsive offers for a biodegradable product products suitable for use on vehicles and plant in use by the City of Cape Towns fleet a product performing well in terms of medical and operation considerations. # products which have OEM approval for vehicles and plant in use by the City of Cape Town..
