SPECIFICATION FOR ABB RET670 MIM MA INPUT MODULE, 6 CHANNELS 1. The milli amp input module shall be of ordering code 1MRK000284-AB. 2. Shall have a minimum of six independent analogue input channels 3. Each analogue input shall measure Direct Current (DC) in the range from negative 20mA to positive 20mA 4. Each analogue input shall have the following a. separated protection, b. filtering, c. referencing, d. analogue to digital conversion and e. optical isolation 5. Each analogue input shall be galvanically isolated from each other and from the rest of the module 6. The analogue to digital conversion shall have a digital filter with selectable filter frequency. The filter parameters and the calibration factors shall be stored in a non-volatile memory on the module. 7. Shall report measured values in two manners a. cyclic reporting, and b. dead band reporting 8. Each analogue input shall have a power consumption of less than or equal to 0.1Watt 9. The entire mA input module shall have a power consumption of less than or equal to 2Watt 10. Shall fit in the RET670 (serial number T1142119) relay enclosure and be of the modular card type configuration Or Equivalent.
