The design must allow the weight vest to be used for a wide variety of activities such as push-ups, pull-ups, squats, dips running cross training and walking. # Seams to be double stitched. # Shoulder straps must be padded and comfortable and be no wider than 90mm. # Vest must contain 20 individual pockets, to accommodate 20 individual 1kg iron weights. # The pockets must be distributed evenly front and back. # The pockets must have hook and loop tape to secure the 1kg weights from falling out. # The vest must be a one-size-fits all. It must have a hook and loop fastening belt accompanied by a durable plastic fastening system. # Suppliers are to supply a sample of the product for final approval.
