The delivered sand will be required to be off-loaded by the Contractor at a designated area at the WTP.Damaged or broken bags will not be acceptable and payment will not be processed until the damaged goods are made good. The maximum moisture content of the sand as delivered must be 4%. *NB The Municipal Bidding Document 6.1 (MBD 6.1) has been amended, in order to be eligible for preference points bidders are required to submit a duly completed MBD 6.1 document with supporting documents with each and every RFQ submission.
