As 3 facilities form part of this bid, the compulsory information session and site inspection will be arranged as follows (i) At 9 00, all prospective bidders will convene at ERH and sign the attendance register to confirm their presence. They will then undertake a site-inspection/walk-about on the ERH site accompanied by ERH officials. (ii) Hospital officials and bidders will then proceed to conduct site-inspections at Mfuleni and Kleinvlei CDCs in turn. (iii) After return of the group to ERH, an information session will be held to provide clarity and responses to questions regarding the service at the 3 facilities.
