RFQ Type Goods Goods Electrical Equipment & Components Reference Number GH12400334 Title Interface card Description 2 activity unit x reg-pecs tk28-6a interface card for a-eb Specification* The interface card shall be used to integrate the A-Eberle REG-DA voltage regulating relay with the IEC61850 Ethernet network and provide an Ethernet engineering connection to the REG-DA for parameter settings and event retrieval. Picture of sample attached. Possible supplier - A.Eberle or equivilant as ABB or equivalent stocks the Relays for these cards. GUIDELINE Wherever reference is made to any particular Trade Mark, Name, Patent, Design, Type, Specific Origin or Producer, such reference shall be deemed to be accompanied by the words "or equivalent". The interface card shall have the following specifications 1. Shall have a Linux operating system 2. Shall have operating temperature range from -10 to + 55 degrees Celsius 3. Shall comply with the following standards a. IEC 61010-1 b. IEC 60255-22-1 c. IEC 60529 d. IEC 60068-1 e. IEC 61000-6-2 f. IEC 61000-6-4 4. Shall have a transient voltage withstand of 5kV 5. Shall have dual Ethernet interfaces a. Ethernet Interface 1 - RJ45 (100Mbps) b. Ethernet Interface 2 - Fibre Optic LC (100Mbps) 6. Shall have a micro-USB connection for serial connection with the interface card 7. Shall provide IEC61850 MMS client / server communications 8. Shall provide the COM-Server connection to connect with A-Eberle REG-DA 9. Shall provide engineering connection from Substation LAN to REG-DA relay using WIN-REG application 10. Shall fit in the A-Eberle REG-DA relay with serial number M11105063 and Art. Number 119.2255.001 and shall include all necessary mounting brackets and fixtures 11. Shall be of the TK28-6A type 12. Shall receive its auxiliary power using connections with the A-Eberle REG-DA 13. Shall have a cyber-secure web server application for parameter setup 14. Shall support NTP time synchronisation 15.
