The litter bin lid must have a hingled opening with closure panel and handle to allow for pull and push action. 7.Recessed Spine The back panel of the litter bin must have a recessed spine with two holes on either side of the spine at two section of the spine, 200mm apart. This will allow for strapping of the litter bin to a pole. (pole supply is not required) 8. Locking Mechanism Electro galvanised steel, heavy duty padlock hasp and staple (120mm X 60mm) secured with anti-theft screws. 9.
