Only pumps fitted with vortex impellers will be accepted. Pump outlet must be 100mmØ and must be able to pass solids of up to 80mmØ. Each pump must be supplied with 10m cable for DOL starting. Klixons in motor windings and oil chamber probe must be included. Rated motor power must not be more than, or less than 6kW. Motor speed must be 4 pole. Power supply 50Hz, 3x400VAC. Pumps must couple to a Robot V100 slider without the use of any adaptors of any sort. Each pump must be supplied with a new Robot V100 slider and slider seal. Tenderer must submit a pump selection and pump specification sheet with their offer. Tenderer must supply factory pump perfomance curves and the technical data sheet to be approved by the City of Cape Town, prior to the delivery of the pumps.
