Attend and obtain a briefing from Eskom. 2. Prepare the talent sourcing strategy for approval by Eskom. 3. Source suitably qualified candidates (nationally or internationally), subject to briefing instruction from the client, with potential to be considered for executive level (F and E band levels) positions. 4. Conduct background screening, inclusive of print and social media analysis, pre-employment checks, verifications and validations of ID's, drivers licence, qualifications, criminal checks, business interest and board memberships etc. as well as provide proof to Eskom, on formal reports from reputable agencies. 5. Provide CV's of pre-screened candidates, in line with the job profile and briefing by Eskom. 6. Form part of the interview panel (where required by the client). 7. Provide the candidate's remuneration package to Eskom. 8. Facilitate the release of the candidate from the current employer, where necessary. 9. Keep the candidate informed of the recruitment process and outcomes. 10. Advertise the jobs on appropriate platforms or publications, on behalf of Eskom as a standalone service, as and when required. 11. Response handling and preliminary shortlisting of candidates as a standalone service, as and when required. 12. Conduct psychometric assessments as a standalone service on behalf of Eskom, as and when required.
