THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE* SPECIFICATIONS Structure The structure must be constructed utilising invasive species bio-mass that will be provided by the Invasive Species Unit. Dimension of the structure - 3mx2.7m x2.85m Structure includes movable foundation and a roof. Supply stairs for easy access to wooden entrance door with lock and handle. Structure should consist of 3 toilet cubicles (seats). Each cubicle fitted with a poly ethaline door, handle and lock. Supply Basin made out of BIC products 250 x 450mm. Basin to be fitted with Foot pump operated water spout. External and internal light feature to be installed that can be used by solar energy. Properties of the structure Utilising the Biomass Insulated Concrete method this ablution facility must be # Agrema SA approved # Produced with a low carbon footprint by utlising all invasive species biomass and all material during the manufacture phase. # Termite Proof # Three hour Fire proof rating-ranking # 58ldb sound proof rating Self-sustainable reactor tank # Supply and deliver septic tank 900x1.8x900. # Supply and deliver treatment dew drop including 4x900x900x900 # Supply and deliver Water tank including stand # 2500L # Below is a map of the area where the proposed structure should be delivered and connected DELIVERY MUST TAKE PLACE ON OR BEFORE 30 JUNE 2022.
