Warehouse space of minimum 3 200m³ which is lockable 2. External open space of at least 2 000m³ 3. Adequate accessible entrances with a truck tractor pulling trailer – 24 ton vehicle ( (22meter long) 4. Adequate external space to entertain a truck tractor pulling trailer – 24 ton vehicle (22 meter long) turns around safely 5. Adequate external space to park a truck tractor pulling trailer – 24 ton vehicle (22 meter long) – minimum of 6 Vehicles 6. Adequate ablution facilities for drivers and office employees (including sleeping and shower facilities for drivers – see detailed specifications on (functional specification below) 7. Adequate office space and kitchen facilities – 5 offices and Boardroom 8. 12 Seat boardroom facility 9. Adequate entry and access points plus safe evacuation points within the warehouse 10.
