The services will include a) Proactive reviews of the commercial tendering process for commercial transactions greater than R500M. b) Probity reviews of the commercial tendering process for commercial transactions greater than R500M. c) Adequacy and effectiveness of business processes, including governance, risk management and controls. co-sourcing of resources. Since the scope of work will vary according to the different types of projects under review and the expertise required at the time, firms which are successfully appointed to serve on the panel of service providers will be required to submit a proposal of the work, demonstrating their necessary skills, experience (including human resources that will be available for the work).
